Membership & pricing

Your first month’s membership is pro-rated based on your start date. If you join part way through the month, you’ll only pay for the days you have access to the club.

You can make changes to your membership by getting in touch with the Membership team for your club. You can send us a message or find our contact details to reach us directly on our Contact page.

Credits start at £10 for children’s classes, £12 for adult classes and £15 for Reformer Pilates classes. Credits for Crèche and Kids Club are £10 per hour, per child.

Yes you can. If you’re on a House plan, you can buy pay-as-you-go credits for extra classes and Crèche hours.

As many as you like, so long as they’re all from the same immediate family or household. But speak to us about custom pricing if you plan to add more than 4 children.

Usually only 2 adults per plan, with the option to add a Named Caregiver like a nanny, grandparent or babysitter for an extra charge. For plans with more than 2 adults (such as step-parents), get in touch with us about custom pricing.

Phew.

Is there a notice period to cancel? Your membership will initially run for 6 months, with a 14-day cooling off period. We’ll then switch you to a rolling contract with a 2-month notice.

Any Named Caregivers on your plan can go with your child to all our play zones, kids classes and dining spaces. But they can’t use member-only adult areas like the gym, studios or Study.

If life suddenly changes, you can pause your membership for up to 2 months a year. You can also cancel with 2 months’ notice if you need to, so long as you’re past your initial 6-month membership period.

Yes, you can add a Named Caregiver, like a nanny, grandparent or babysitter, to your plan. They’ll be able to access our Soft Play and Jungle Gym, playgrounds and restaurants. And accompany your child to any kids classes you book.

Simple really. Full House plans don’t have an upper limit on adults or children’s classes. Whereas with House plan, you get a set number of credits for Crèche hours and classes each month. Both memberships give you full access to all our member-only areas.

A Named Caregiver can be a carer like a nanny, babysitter or grandparent. Unfortunately you can’t add a parent, step-parent or guardian as a Named Caregiver – if a parent, step-parent or guardian would like to use the club, they’ll need a full Adult membership plan.

Because our membership plans are tailored to your family. We base your plan on how many adults and children you include, when you’re planning to visit us, and how often you’ll use the club. Use our membership calculator to see how much you’ll pay per month.

There is. We charge a joining fee ahead of your first month’s membership. If you change your mind about joining within our 14-day cooling off window, we’ll refund your joining fee in full, minus a pro-rata amount to cover the days your membership has been active. See our Terms & Conditions for more info.

Sorry, but no. Our family clubs are intentionally designed for parents with kids. And Named Caregivers like babysitters, nannies and grandparents.

Apart from reclaiming some precious you-time, you mean? Head over to our Membershipspage for the full picture of what you’ll get as an OurHouse member.

Using the clubs

Jesse’s House is located at 8–10 Heathman’s Road, London, SW6 4TJ in Parsons Green. The nearest station is Parsons Green Underground Station, just a short walk from the House. We recommend arriving on foot or by public transport, as there is no car parking available at Jesse’s House. If you do choose to come by car, please do not drive down Heathman’s Road, as it blocks access for our neighbours. Bike and buggy parking areas are available for members on site.

Jaego’s House is located at The White Building, 557 Harrow Road, London, W10 4RH in Kensal Rise. The nearest stations are Ladbroke Grove, Kensal Rise and Kensal Green. We recommend travelling on foot or by public transport where possible. Car parking is available but must be booked in advance, and spaces are limited. Bike and buggy parking areas are available for members on site.

We have bassinets for babies to sleep in during your visit, subject to availability. These can be collected from reception. For indoor use only, please.

You do indeed. You get 10% off any membership plan while your kids are at Kensal House. But you don’t get a further discount when you have more than one child enrolled.

Sadly not – Jesse’s doesn’t have any parking spaces on site. We suggest using JustPark or Parkopedia to find off-street parking nearby. Please don’t drive down Heathman’s Road to avoid blocking our neighbours.

Ah, the eternal question. We do have House parking spaces – including one for Blue Badges. But they’re limited. And need to be pre-booked using the OurHouse app up to 7 days ahead. If you find yourself out of luck, we suggest using JustPark or Parkopedia to find off-street parking nearby.

Only if you bring them into the House using one of your monthly guest passes. Don’t forget to pre-book them through the app. Or by speaking to the Front Desk.

Yes – we’re a social bunch. Your membership includes 4 guest passes a month, and you can bring up to 3 guests per House visit. Guests are welcome any time Monday to Friday. On weekends and bank holidays, guests can join you from 12pm at Jaego’s and 1pm at Jesse’s. Just remember to pre-book them via the OurHouse app and check them in when you arrive. Guests aren’t allowed for Named Caregivers though. Sorry about that.

Don’t worry, there’s no pre-booking needed. If it’s very busy, one of our team will give you an idea of wait times. But otherwise, just show up and head in.

Sorry, no. The club is a buggy-free zone, to maximise space for all members. So you’ll have to store yours in our secure buggy park when you arrive – or you can ask us to do it for you. We do allow prams in the restaurant if your baby’s sleeping. But if they need a nap elsewhere, we’ll give you a clean indoor carry-cot to use instead.

Of course – it goes with the territory. But how long we’ll store your lost item depends on what it is. For health and icky reasons, we don’t keep food or easy-to-spoil items for longer than a day. Otherwise, you have 2 weeks to claim personal items like clothes, toys and lunchboxes. And 3 months for valuables like phones, bags, cameras or wallets. Just remember to bring ID so we can sign your items back over to you.

Your screen time is your business. So we allow both phones and laptops, with some common-sense caveats. Laptops can be used freely in The Study, restaurants and cafés, but we limit them elsewhere to avoid our Houses feeling office-like. Phones are fine in all areas, but using them to take videos and photos of children – apart from your own – isn’t allowed. For obvious reasons.

Sorry, not at present. We can only offer exclusive private hire after the House has closed for the day. Check our Private Events page or email your enquiry to parties@ourhouseclubs.com.

Our family clubs, or Houses, were designed with one goal. To ease the age-old juggle that comes with being a parent. Each House has dedicated zones for play, fitness, co-working, dining and socialising under one roof. So your kids get somewhere to be kids. And you get a second home to work, workout or relax from.

Yes. When you join as a House member we’ll invite you to come in for an in-person walk around.

Classes & events

We have all sorts happening, all the time. From family fairs and bingo nights. To sleep-training workshops and parent socials. They’re usually free, and don’t use up any of your member credits. Check our Member Events for a snapshot.

If your child is under 4, then yes – you’ll need to stay with them. If you have a Named Caregiver like a nanny, babysitter or grandparent on your membership they can also join your child at a class instead of you.

Yes broadly, although each House has its own class timetable. Our evergreen adult classes include yoga, barre and mat and Reformer Pilates. We also offer pregnancy-safe classes, and postnatal fitness for new parents and babies.

Our children’s classes are grouped by age and development level. And each House has its own timetable, which changes quarterly. For example activities, take a look at our classes for babies and toddlers, preschoolers and older kids.

You’ll be happy to know our classes run during the holidays too. We also offer a Holiday Camp programme if you’re looking for more structured holiday fun.

Our classes timetable is vibrant, varied and ever-changing. Adult classes focus on fitness, like barre, spin, yoga and Pilates. While children’s classes cover everything from sensory play to circus skills. Plus, they run from term-term into the school holidays.

Food & drink

Your food options might narrow a bit. But we’ve done our best to make sure there’s something for everyone, allergies or otherwise. The club is also nut-free, meaning other parents can’t bring nuts in. If you’re really concerned, our menu has a QR code you can scan to see all allergens. Or just ask a staff member. They’ll be able to suggest something that’s safe to eat.

That goes without saying. You can breast or bottle-feed anywhere, apart from in the gym and The Study which are for adults only. We also have a self-service Milk Bar with complimentary formula, plus a Perfect Prep Machine, steriliser, bottle warmers, fridge and microwave.

Food that’s nutritious, tasty and family-friendly. Not to mention seasonal and reliably-sourced. In our restaurants, you’ll find lots of options to enjoy solo or as a family. Portion sizes are generous, and our child options include toddler meals and baby food. When you’re in a hurry, you can find snacks, juices and freshly-made salads at our grab-and-go counter. Ideal when toddler Armageddon is looming. We also have a Milk Bar with free formula and sterilising equipment. Plus a café for caffeine, smoothies and hot drinks.

Of course. We have more than enough high chairs to go around in both our restaurant and terrace areas, and bouncers for babies too. Freeing you up to use both hands at the table. Winning.

Safety & security

We clean all Jungle Gym and Soft Play equipment daily, with a deep clean done once a week. Busy areas like changing rooms are cleaned several times a day. And we always have housekeeping staff on hand to deal with any surprise messes that crop up.

Yes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Every single OurHouse staff member is fully vetted. All of them have also passed a standard DBS check, with extended checks carried out for Swim school staff in Houses with pools.

Parties & private hire

Our party packages can be tailored for children up to 11. If you have a specific age group in mind, we’re happy to advise on the most suitable package.

Our standard packages include up to 20 children. Additional children can be accommodated for an extra charge, subject to availability.

Yes, parents are very welcome to stay. Some packages also include comfortable areas available for grown-ups to relax during the party.

We offer a child-friendly party menu. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Your party includes exclusive use of the party space; hosted entertainment led by two of our Kids Club team; and two hosts to take care of serving food for the children, and full set-up and clear-down – so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Parties run for two hours, including games, activities, food, and a fun disco-style finale. There are options to extend certain packages, just enquire with the team.

Absolutely – and you don’t even need to be a House member. For details of the parties, packages and spaces you can book, check out our Parties and Events page. Or email parties@ourhouseclubs.com if you have a specific party idea in mind.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We just ask that this is store/bakery bought, and nut-free with the allergens listed.

Cancellation terms will be outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which we’ll share with you ahead of placing a deposit to secure your booking. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of the birthday cake. If your child has specific dietary requirements or allergies, please speak to us in advance and we’ll be happy to discuss suitable options.

To secure your date, we recommend booking in advance. Simply get in touch with our team to check availability and confirm your reservation. We do require a deposit to secure the booking.

Every party package includes a simple styled set-up to make hosting easy. You can also choose from a range of upgrades to personalise the celebration. Depending on your package, you’re welcome to bring additional décor, subject to approval from our Parties team, as our spaces are shared with members throughout the week.

If you have picked a private package, you will have exclusive use of your designated party space. Other areas of the club may remain open to members as part of normal operations.

As all food is prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen traces. Our chefs take great care when handling allergens, and parents are welcome to provide their own food for their child if preferred.

Swim School

No chilly surprises here. We keep our pools heated between 30 and 32 degrees, to keep new swimmers comfortable as they learn.

BLABT stands for Body position, Legs, Arms, Breathing and Timing. It’s the framework we use to teach children to swim with confidence. Students focus on one element at a time, building each skill step-by-step. We begin with body position to create balance in the water, then layer in leg movement, arm technique, breathing, and finally timing. By mastering each element before introducing the next, every part of the stroke becomes instinctive.

Yes, all new members receive a complimentary Swim School lesson when they join. It’s a chance for your child to meet their teacher, get comfortable in the water and for us to understand their current ability before placing them in the right group.

No, Swim School is one of our children’s activities and not a standalone class. This means you need to pay for a block of classes upfront to take part. For current pricing, get in touch.

Yes. Swim School is available exclusively to members of OurHouse. Our lessons sit within the wider club experience, so children benefit from consistent time in the water alongside everything else that membership has to offer. From family swims to post-lesson café stops. Visit our membership page for more information about becoming a member, or find your local House.

In short: very. Our entire Swim School team is fully trained, with everyone holding enhanced DBS certificates. They also complete regular training in safeguarding and best-practice to keep their skills current.

Sorry, but no. No matter how cute they look, we have a strict no-phones policy in the pool area. It’s much for your phone as it is for their safeguarding.

Only if they’re a baby or a toddler. This is to get them used to the water, and help you both bond. If your child is older than 3, you don’t need to join them in the pool.

Of course. We sell goggles and swim nappies at the Front Desk, so you don’t need to worry if something’s slipped your mind.

We run all Swim School lessons in our indoor Learner Pool. It’s 0.9m deep and kept heated – so it’s perfect for babies or new swimmers.

That would be a gentle but firm no. We have lifeguards on duty to supervise. And kids tend to focus better on their instructor without a parent around. So go ahead, take a wander around the club while they swim. You’ve earned the break.

This will differ based on how old they are. Babies and toddlers will need swim nappies, waterproof under-nappies or training pants, and a wetsuit or swimming costume. Older children will need swim trunks or a swimming costume. And we also encourage goggles and swim caps.

App & bookings

We will not sell your data. We will handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. If you’d like to request deletion of your account and date, please email privacy@ourhouseclubs.com with your data deletion request.

No. If you would like to make any changes to your membership, please speak to the Membership team.

If you have not been able to find what you are looking for here, please contact our App Support team and they’ll be able to help.

Pay-as-you-go credits and no-show fees are collected via variable Direct Debit at the start of the following month, alongside your membership fee. A monthly invoice will be emailed to you before payment is taken.

Not in the app unfortunately. Guests for Holiday Camps must be added via the Membership team and are subject to availability.

Guests can only be linked to one family’s membership at a time. If a guest has already visited the club with another family, you will see an error message in the app. Get in touch with the Membership team who will be happy to help.

Guests must first be set up as a guest profile in the app by the primary account holder. Once registered, you can book them in using an available guest pass, subject to daily guest availability. Guests must be accompanied by a primary or secondary member at all times. Named Caregivers are not permitted to bring guests.

House members must have enough class credits available in order to join a waitlist.

Waitlists use automatic allocation for classes. If a space becomes available, it will be automatically offered to the next person on the waitlist. You will be notified through your preferred contact method (email and/or SMS). If you do not want to be allocated a space, please cancel your waitlist spot so another member can enjoy the class.

You can cancel a class up to 1 hour before the class start time without losing your credit or being charged. Cancellations are disabled in the app within 1 hour of the class start time. If you do not attend, a £10 no-show fee will apply automatically. For House members, once the no-show fee is paid, your credit is returned.

If there is space, you can book at the reception desk. Walk-in bookings cannot be made via the app within an hour of the class starting.

The primary account holder is the payer on the account and manages the membership for children and Named Caregivers. Secondary adults are linked household members with access to bookings, subject to some permissions.

Log in using the email address linked to your membership. If it’s the first time you’re logging in, you’ll be guided through a short onboarding process to set up your account.
